No. Your online store plugs into the LIS and front desk you already run. Nothing about how you process samples changes.

Can patients book a home sample collection online?

Yes. Patients browse your tests and packages, choose a home collection or a walk-in slot, pay online, and get the confirmation and report on WhatsApp.

Do you take a commission on every test?

No. Unlike an aggregator, we don't take a cut of the tests booked on your own store. Commercials are simple and covered on the first call.

Whose brand do patients see?

Only your lab's. The store runs on your name, and HoneyHealth doesn't appear anywhere a patient can see.

How long does it take to go live?
