Privacy policy
This policy explains what HoneyHealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("HoneyHealth", "we") collects when you use honeyhealth.in, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 17 September 2026.
Who we are
HoneyHealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and is the data fiduciary for personal data collected on this website. Questions about this policy can go to harsh@honeyhealth.in.
What we collect
- Details you give us. The phone number you enter in a contact form, and anything you tell us on a call, over WhatsApp or by email.
- Details sent with a form. The page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign (UTM) tags in the link, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use these to route your request and to block spam.
- Requests made through AI assistants. If you ask an AI assistant to request a callback through our MCP endpoint, we receive the phone number and note it sends, with your consent.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies and records pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth and approximate location, so we can see which parts of the site are useful.
We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, health or medical information about you.
How we use it
- To contact you about the call or demo you asked for, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prevent abuse, such as rate-limiting repeated submissions.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit them. We don't sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions: Netlify (website hosting), Neon (database), Brevo (email notifications) and Google (analytics). Some of them may store or process data outside India. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests only as long as we need them to follow up with you, or as long as the law requires, and delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it isn't resolved.
